About House of Union

Weddings are more than parties. They are a chance to honor your story, your people, and your love on your terms. At House of Union, I help couples create celebrations that feel like them: grounded, joyful, and free from other people’s expectations.

I'm Morgan (she/her), a queer wedding planner, officiant, and creative partner. I started House of Union because I believe in the power of being seen. When my wife and I eloped, it was everything we needed—private, personal, and full of love. But after spending so much of my life being quiet about who I was, I knew I didn’t want my marriage to live in that same quiet space. I wanted to share it. I wanted our people to witness it. I wanted to celebrate out loud. That experience shaped how I approach every couple I work with.

Whether you’re planning a fast-paced and intimate elopement or a weekend-long celebration, I’m here to help you cut through the noise and build something honest, beautiful, and rooted in real connection.

What makes me different?
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter anything. I don’t believe in gatekeeping, vague contracts, or pushing you toward someone else’s idea of what a wedding should be. I offer structure without rigidity, creativity without pressure, and support that flexes with your needs, not the other way around.

You don’t have to know exactly what you want yet. You just have to want something that feels like you.

What I value

Affirmation
Your love, your identities, and your story belong here. House of Union is proudly queer-owned and radically inclusive.

Resourcefulness
We do more with less and stay grounded in what matters. I’ll help you make intentional choices, not expensive ones for the sake of it.

Transparency
No vague promises, no fine print. I’m committed to open, honest communication from start to finish.

Joyful Rebellion
We don’t just break traditions for fun. We break them to make room for better ones. Let’s build something that fits you.

Care as Practice
Weddings are high-emotion, high-detail events. I hold space for both. My job is to care for the vision and the people equally.

If you're looking for someone who can balance vision with logistics, beauty with meaning, and celebration with soul, you’re in the right place.

Let’s make something unforgettable!
